Content for which records are maintained by a third-party producer, and WYATT XXX COLE operates as a secondary producer relying on those maintained records.

For any visual content produced by WYATT XXX COLE that depicts actual sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A), records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records.
