All Content on this Site, including but not limited to photographs, videos, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and trade dress, is the exclusive property of WYATT XXX COLE or licensed content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works of any Content.
• Download, save, screenshot, screen record, or otherwise capture Content except as explicitly permitted.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Share, redistribute, or make available any Content to third parties.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect Content.

Unauthorized use of Content may result in civil and criminal penalties, including statutory damages up to $150,000 per infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504.

6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

All individuals depicted in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this Site were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

All other visual depictions displayed on this Site are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:

• They do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)-(iv);
• They do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2257A; or
• They were created prior to July 3, 1995.

WXXXC World and certain other features require paid subscriptions. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prices are subject to change with notice; current prices will apply at renewal.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.

9. Merchandise & Physical Products

For merchandise purchases:

• All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.
• Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
• Shipping times and costs vary by destination.
• Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy.
• Product colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor settings.

10. Booking Services

For professional booking inquiries:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Booking terms, including rates and cancellation policies, will be provided upon inquiry.
• A signed agreement and deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
• All parties involved must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid identification.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• Any defects in the Site will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WYATT XXX COLE, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

13. Release & Waiver

You hereby release and forever discharge WYATT XXX COLE and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to claims arising from the negligence of the released parties.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WYATT XXX COLE and all affiliated parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND WYATT XXX COLE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a takedown notice.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
• You must cease all use of the Site and delete any downloaded Content.
• We may delete your account and all associated data.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and WYATT XXX COLE regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
