Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging (if applicable)
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital Products: All digital downloads and content are final sale
• Signed/Personalized Items: Custom signed merchandise cannot be returned
• Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, certain items are final sale
• Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift Cards: Non-refundable

How to Return

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at wyatt@wyattxxxcole.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or process a refund right away.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping charges and any customs/duties are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
